Real Estate Law: Mr. Click represents buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including drafting and interpreting contracts, conducting closings, and other property related matters.  As a member of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, he is able to offer title insurance to his clients at the minimum rate allowed by law.  As a member of Attorneys’ Mortgage Services, he is able to assist buyers in obtaining mortgages without the fees customarily paid to a mortgage broker.
